Sarah Tinsley
Sarah Tinsley is dedicated to living with balance and joy and sharing that with others. She earned a degree in Psychology cum laude from the University of Judaism in Los Angeles. Her degree allowed her, for a time, to work with children with autism as a therapist, teaching positive behavior modification. Not surprisingly, this work led to an even fuller understanding of how important a balance of mind and body is for fruitful living. As part of her quest for self-integration, Sarah is a certified Reiki Practitioner and a certified KRI Kundalini teacher, who ran her own yoga practice for seven years. Before coming to Beneveda, Sarah worked at one of Los Angeles’ premier museums and cultural centers, The Skirball Cultural Center, primarily as the Guest Services Manager of their highly acclaimed Einstein Exhibit. While at the Skirball, she initiated a number of immensely successful new systems for better guest services for exhibits, concerts and speaking series.
Most recently, she was the Gallery Manager of Noah's Ark, the family destination at the Skirball. While in this role she and the developer of Noah’s Ark created both a team of 20 staff and the operational systems that provide an educational and fun experience for more than 100,000 guests a year. Through her years at the Skirball, she became an expert in facilities management, public relations, guest services and operations.
